OBLIQUES

The obliques are actually two muscles: internal obliques and external obliques. They are located on the sides of the abdominal (six-pack muscles) running from the hips to the rib cage. The internal obliques are located directly under the external obliques, and the muscle fibers travel perpendicular to each other.

Exercise resources from the app called Workout Fitness 22. I used in combination with what I created as an inspiration.


EXERCISE JOURNEY

  1. HEAD ROTATION 10 COUNT

  2. ARMS ROTATION FORWARD AND BACKWARDS 10 COUNT

  3. STANDING STOMACH CRUNCH 50 COUNT

  4. OBLIQUES STRETCH SIDE CRUNCH LEFT AND RIGHT ( INCLUDES TWIST FOR FLEXIBILITY)

5. CROSS BODY CRUNCH COUNT 50

6. ALL FOURS LEG LIFT COUNT 50
