Exercise Worship - Week 1

March 31, 2019


We often ask God to heal our bodies after we let it go to potbelly stagnant waste.  How about it if we start now by just moving.  We worship with our heart and mouth, now let's worship the Lord with our bodies.  Let's tell Jehovah we believe He made us whole and we are walking into that truth now.  Workout for free with me, "Exercise Worship", at 5 a.m. and 1 p. m. central time. 


Your "Fire me up" scripture:  Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.


This is the instructions on the exercises we do together for week of March 31, 2019 to April 6, 2019.




Arm circles 5 reps of 10 forwards and backwards

March in place simultaneously to warm up legs


Rotate head right-center(chin touching chest if possible)-left-center 10 times


Arms stretch straight up and pull down raising leg

Start with right leg –  5 reps of 10 pairs (right leg and left leg is one count)


Stretch right leg forward with toes up stretching the back of the leg hold for 5 seconds

Now stretch the left leg forward with toes up stretching the back of the leg hold for 5 seconds 10 reps of 10 counts


Strengthening the hips with side steps

Step with right foot to the side and the bring left foot together

Walk out to side for 10 steps and then walk back to starting point til count of 10

Then walk to left side til count of 10 and back to center

Next walk to right til count of 9 and back to center and left side

Continue til you get to 1


March in place for 30 seconds


Butt strengthening muscles

With feet together bend knees to sitting position and hold for 10 count squeezing butt cheeks together – 5 reps of 10


March in place for 30 seconds
