Gluteus maximus is medical term for your buttocks. This is the thing you sit on for hours a day. So, lets get to it. One way to restore the roundness of your butt is to play with the muscles. It's called gluts crunch. I say play cause while you are doing the exercise you feel like this is wrong. But do not despair. Its just exercise and not meant to arouse you. However, is that occurs, rejoice, that means your groin muscles are in good shape.
So, I suggest working your way to 10 sets of 20 gluts crunches daily. Start off with a set of 3 at 20 crunches per set. The following are pictures of me squeezing my gluts and relaxing. I went into high school weighing 108 pounds. I graduated weighing 120 pounds. In college I went to 150 pounds and then I dropped back to 120 and raised to my norm of 130 after I realized I was under weight. I tell you this cause at age 35 I was 130 pounds and then started to gain weight supernaturally cause a pastor saw how skinny I was and prayed for me. The pastor saved my life. I bloomed up to 211, then 220 after I lost my steady job. But I over indulged and ate like I did when I biked 10 miles a day while I sat at a cubicle doing no excersize. I am now down to 175 pounds. I can feel my muscles building. My goal is to get in the habit of exercising. I do not worry about what I eat so much as how often and the portion sizes. I eat til I am full. I do not deprive myself cause it makes you eat more of the wrong thing. I drink half my body weight in water in ounces. For example, if you weight 200 pounds drink 100 ounces of water. I eat protein for breakfast and have at least three vegetables with every meal. Five is ideal if you can do it. I live in the moment and try to laugh often. I forgive always and love truthfully. I will explain that later. Stay tuned.
